Driver

Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in proper running condition.

Perform daily vehicle inspection before duty, including: Engine-oil, Brake-system, Tire pressure, Battery, Fuel level, Lights and indicators.

Maintain vehicle documents properly, including: Registration, Fitness certificate, Tax token, Route permit (if applicable).

Immediately report any accident, damage, mechanical issue, or unusual incident to the Transport Officer/ Admin department.

Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations and maintain log book.

Coordinate with workshop, garage, fuel station, and maintenance vendors for vehicle servicing when assigned.

Remain available for emergency or extended duty when required.

Maintain discipline, good conduct, and respectful communication with all employees and officials.
