DSM/ZSM (Divisional Sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager)

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies
• Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, coach and evaluate sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationship with key distributors, Dealers and major
• Customers.
• Ensure effective distribution and product availability throughout the region.

• At least 3 years

• Graduate / to consider educational qualification for experience person.

• Age At least 22 years

• Candidates having relevant work experience in Electronics / Home appliance  sector
• Should be honest & reliable, smart, sincere and dedicated towards work.
• Minimum one (03) year experience in the relevant sector.
• Those who are working selected area will get first priority.
