Senior Manager (Commercial & VAT)

Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Oversee, Check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for Importing/Exporting of goods.

Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.

Will collect quotation, prepare CS and raise PO, check PI, all terms of Incoterm, payment term, description of goods and HS code and will submit for LC/TT opening in right time to bank.

Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600 Incoterms, HS Code and Inco terms.

Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of customs process, documentations and commercial activities.

Handle all logistics activities related to Import & Export.

Liaison with NBR, VAT circle office, others government and non-government /Offices as and when required.

Preparing and submitting VAT returns to the tax authorities on time.

Being able to handle all types of VAT related hearing individually.

Being able to maintain all MUSAK documents.

Maintaining effective communication with VAT officials.

Assisting management in creating corporate policy regarding VAT and TAX.

Calculating all VAT returns, forms,VDS, TDS and Tax returns.

Collecting necessary documents from clients for submitting Tax returns on time.

Ensuring complaince with VAT and income TAX payable for all transactions.

Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.

MBA in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

DU, CU, RU, KU, JU & JnU and any others public University will get preference.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and ERP and other related software.

Any Certification related to Commercial, VAT & Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Candidates must have good in English speaking & writing.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial and VAT.
