Depot in-Charge

To ensure all the activities of depot as per policy and guideline.

To arrange hired trucks for feed transfer from Factory to depot in time

To Maintain good relationship with the Dealer.

To maintain all delivery trucks of the depot in Good condition.

To arrange to send urgent order feed through courier to depots.

To check and sign depot expense bill and petty cash fund on regular basis.

To ensure all depot licenses and other documents are being updated in time.

To control of overall depot expenditure.

To monitor Labour for unloading regularly.

To arrange to send expired/damaged complaint feed stocks to factory for destruction/investigation regularly.

To provide the number of trucks loaded and unloaded report to sales department in every month.

To provide truck wise loading and unloading repot on regular basis.

To provide truck in and out time on regular basis and All sorts of report to be sent to distribution department as well as other relevant department in time

To play an important role to develop depot personnel.

To ensure safety and security of the depot.

To maintain networking with local authorities.

Any other job assigned by the management.

Good comunication skill.
