Oversee end-to-end depot operations, including distribution, warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and security.
Ensure ideal inventory, 100% stock accuracy, proper medicine storage, expiry control, cycle counting, broken product management and stock reconciliation.
Ensure timely market distribution, sales collection, outstanding management, and compliance as per regulatory requirements.
Supervise vehicle allocation as per route planning
Provide regular management reports and supervise, and motivate the depot team.
Maintain good relation and build strong connections with customers.
