Printer Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Printer Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of printers and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laser, inkjet, multifunction printers, Label and POS printer and a strong understanding of printer hardware and software.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printer hardware and software issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.

• Replace defective parts, cartridges, rollers, and other printer components.

• Respond promptly to service calls and customer support requests.

• Maintain service records and prepare technical reports.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and support.

• Provide basic user training and technical guidance when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in printer service and maintenance.

• Knowledge of laser printers, inkjet printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices.

• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and networking issues.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and printer drivers.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• 3 to 5 years

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age At least 25 years
