Junior Back-End Developer

Job Context

Automas Technologies is looking for a passionate Junior Back-End Developer to join our software development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining back-end applications, APIs, and database systems. The role requires working closely with the development team to build scalable, secure, and high-performance business applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain back-end applications.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Develop and optimize MySQL database structures and queries.

• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript development.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement new features.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

• Use Git for version control and team collaboration.

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Developer, Call Center, E-commerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience with Git-based development workflow will be an advantage.

• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work from the office (Mohammadpur, Dhaka).
