Telemarketing Executive - Brand, Marketing & Communications

Zubion is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to convert sales leads into qualified prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will build customer relationships, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving property sales targets.

• Contact new leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.

• Qualify customer inquiries based on budget, location, apartment size, financing, and purchase timeline.

• Recommend suitable Zubion projects and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

• Convince qualified prospects to schedule project site visits.

• Coordinate site visit appointments with the Sales Team and follow up after visits.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.

• Share project brochures and relevant information with prospects.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a premium customer experience.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams by sharing customer feedback and market insights.

• Prepare daily activity reports and achieve assigned calling, lead qualification, and site visit targets.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Real Estate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Automobile industries is preferred.
• Achieve monthly lead qualification targets.
• Achieve site visit targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy.
• Submit customer insight reports.
