3D Visualizer / Interior Designer

• Prepare creative and functional 2D and 3D interior designs according to client and project requirements.

• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, interior layouts and presentation drawings.

• Produce realistic 3D models, visualizations, renders and design presentations for clients and internal approval.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture production drawings and project execution drawings.

• Prepare furniture detailing, material specifications, measurement sheets and other design documentation.

• Ensure that all designs are practical, production-friendly, cost-effective and aligned with company standards.

• Review site measurements and translate them accurately into drawings and designs.

• Visit project sites when required for measurements, design understanding, coordination and execution support.

• Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback, project requirements and technical instructions.

• Coordinate with clients, project managers, project engineers, factory teams, sales teams and other relevant departments.

• Provide technical design information and clarification to the project execution and production teams.

• Maintain organized records of drawings, renders, material specifications and project design files.

• Complete assigned design work accurately and within the required project deadlines.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Real Estate.

• Previous experience in residential interior design and customized furniture production will be given preference.

• Candidates with relevant professional training and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

• Strong knowledge of interior design, furniture design, space planning and working drawings. 

• Ability to prepare both 2D and 3D designs independently. 

• Practical understanding of furniture materials, hardware, measurements, manufacturing processes and site execution. 

• Ability to read architectural drawings and prepare technical drawings for factory production and project implementation. 

• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, camera angles, color combinations and interior styling. 

• Good visualization, presentation and design-development skills. 

• Ability to prepare furniture layouts, interior layouts, working drawings, production drawings and client presentations. 

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, will be an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicant must submit a professional portfolio containing samples of previous work. including: Interior 3D visualization, Residential interior projects, Furniture design 2D layout and space plans, Working drawings, Furniture production drawings, Completed project photographs.
