Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Design attractive social media posts, banners, advertisements, product creatives and promotional materials.
Create engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, websites and other digital platforms.
Edit short promotional videos, reels and basic motion graphics when required.
Plan and manage social media content regularly.
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, audience engagement, reach, leads and conversions.
Develop creative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and sales.
Write simple and engaging captions for social media content.
Maintain consistent branding across all designs and marketing materials.
Coordinate with the sales and content teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Research current social media trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
Prepare regular reports on advertising and social media performance.
Candidate Requirements
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Basic video-editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.
A good understanding of typography, colour combinations and modern design trends.
Ability to create attractive content according to brand guidelines.
Creative, responsible and able to complete work within deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in graphic design or digital marketing will receive priority.
Freshers with strong skills and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates must submit a portfolio or samples of previous work.
