Showroom In-Charge

Tilottoma Bangla Group is looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Showroom In-Charge to oversee showroom operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage the sales team, and achieve showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional showroom environment.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom sales executives and support staff.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and complaints.

• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation standards.

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or any relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, furniture, kitchen, interior, building materials, or related industries.

• Previous experience as Showroom Manager, Showroom In-Charge, Branch Manager, or Retail Manager will be preferred.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Shop/Showroom, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male
