GM - Production

• 05 to 15 years of progressive experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 3 to 5 years functioning in a senior management role .

• Deep, hands-on understanding of woven, knit & Lingering.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale manufacturingfacilities, often overseeing workforces of 2500 to 3500+.

• Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and international buyer Codes of Conduct.

• Ability to drive KPIs such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Right First Time (RFT) quality, machine utilization, and reduction of labor turnover.

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 35 to 50 years
