Ensure proper inventory management across all product categories to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize availability.

Plan and maintain category-wise minimum and required stock levels on a monthly basis, aligned with sales trends and forecasted demand.

Ensure proper and appealing display of all merchandise.

Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, respectful, and welcoming environment at all times.

Conduct regular housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing outdated or slow-moving merchandise.

Ensure daily deposit of cash, demand drafts (DD), and pay orders (PO) into the designated bank account without delay.

Receive, dispatch, and transfer goods in a timely and organized manner as per the defined schedule.

Maintain strict adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to manage inventory freshness and reduce losses.

Safeguard the RDC premises and all physical assets through vigilant oversight and adherence to security protocols.

Settle claims promptly and accurately in line with the approved company policy.

Handle customer queries, objections, and claims effectively and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
