Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Job Description
Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company HR policies.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR databases
Assist to HODs in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate employee welfare and motivation initiatives
Support disciplinary proceedings and grievance handling.
Liaise with various departments regarding HR and administrative matters.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records, and prepare the salary sheet
Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Experience
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Buying House, Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Supply Chain, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
