Jenny Consultancy, operating under the legal name Jenny Canada Immigration Consultancy Ltd., is a CICC-regulated Canadian immigration and overseas education consultancy headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our Dhaka branch supports students and professionals across Bangladesh in pursuing study and settlement opportunities abroad.
The firm is co-founded and led by Jenny Gomes, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), and has built a strong reputation for expert, ethical guidance on Canadian immigration, student visas, and visitor visa processing for multiple destinations. As we expand our Dhaka operations, we are looking for two experienced professionals to strengthen our student admissions and visa division.
Role Overview
The Senior Admission & Compliance Executive (Study Abroad) will own the end-to-end student admissions process from initial profile assessment through offer letter and visa submission while ensuring every file meets institutional, embassy, and regulatory standards. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accurate, well-prepared applications and clear communication with students and partner institutions.
Admissions & Applications
- Guide students through university, college, and scholarship applications for Canada and other study destinations
- Prepare well-structured, persuasive Statements of Purpose (SOPs), study plans, and personal statements tailored to each student's profile
- Coordinate appointments with embassies, visa application centres, and biometric facilities
- Liaise directly with universities, colleges, and international partners for application follow-up and issue resolution
- Ensure timely submission of complete, high-quality applications in line with institutional deadlines
Compliance & Quality Control
- Review and verify all admission and visa documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity before submission
- Ensure every file complies with institutional requirements, IRCC guidelines, and the firm's internal ethics and compliance standards
- Flag documentation risks or inconsistencies early and escalate to management where needed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in the firm's systems
Experience
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration/Visa Processing
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 27 years
Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in student admissions and visa applications, with strong exposure to Canada
Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability, proven experience writing SOPs and personal statements is essential
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for file accuracy
Comfortable managing multiple student files and deadlines simultaneously
