Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

● Communicate with customers through Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Messenger, inbox, chat, and direct calls.

● Handle online customer inquiries professionally and quickly.

● Promote company products/services through social media platforms.

● Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers.

● Manage customer messages, comments, inbox replies, and online leads.

● Use Meta Business Suite for page messages, comments, post management, and customer communication.

● Support online sales activities and help achieve sales targets.

● Maintain customer databases and daily communication reports.

● Coordinate with the sales and delivery team when needed.

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Sweater Industry, Chain shop
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• HSC

• Age 24 to 35 years
