Satrasy is looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Digital Accountant to join our growing team. This is a modern accounting role where almost all work is performed digitally using a computer. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Calculate daily Gross Profit and Net Profit

• Perform daily Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations

• Prepare monthly financial and performance reports

• Monitor budgets and proactively alert management when spending exceeds targets

• Maintain and organize financial records digitally

• Analyze financial data and identify trends

• Assist with various accounting and finance-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge and numerical skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Required)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

• Comfortable working on a PC for extended periods

• Good written and spoken English

• Comfortable using AI chatbots (such as ChatGPT) and other digital productivity tools

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Experience using Shopify

• Previous experience in digital accounting, e-commerce, or bookkeeping

No minimum formal educational qualification is required. We value skills, experience, and the ability to learn over degrees.
