Manager (Production)
Job Description
Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the Head Office and Factory to ensure smooth business operations.
Supervise facilities management, security, transport, housekeeping, utilities and other support services.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage administrative budgets, vendor contracts, procurement and statutory compliance related to administration.
Lead and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations of administration and factory production.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 45 years
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university, preferably BUET.
8–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
