Architechtural Consultant

* Help developing professional blueprints for designs.

* Reviewing and approving architectural drawings and specifications.

* Assist with planning and budgeting.

* Creating milestones to measure progress.

* Ensuring the designs follow sequential orders for structural integrity and safety

* Offer advice on aesthetic choices.

* Provide professional guidance for novice architects.

* Collaborate with the team.

* Report to the managing director on a daily/weekly basis.

* Coordinating with other professionals, including engineers and construction managers, to seamlessly integrate project elements.

* Conducting weekly site visits.

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

* Undertaking any additional tasks as directed by management.

* Attending client meetings.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Candidates from Universities which have IAB accredited B.Arch Program will get preference

• Age At least 31 years

• Must have IAB FULL MEMBERSHIP

• Excellent technical & drawing skills.
