Female Executive – HR & Finance (Remote)
Job Description
Campus Transfer is a global education service provider and consultancy platform that streamlines international university admissions and credit transfers. We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and versatile Female Executive – HR & Finance to manage our dual operations in remote team administration and financial bookkeeping. As a lean organization, this role serves as the first line of defense for both our people operations and daily accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Team Monitoring:
Conduct initial screening interviews for new applicants who submit CVs to evaluate communication and baseline eligibility.
Daily verification of distributed team activity and "workfolios" to ensure all members are actively working and productive.
Monitor teams to verify they are strictly following centralized company protocols, management directives, and daily instructions.
Manage basic documentation collection and digital onboarding sequences for new hires.
Finance & Accounts Management:
Generate accurate client invoices using company templates and dispatch them promptly.
Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue or pending payments daily, and maintain an updated tracking log.
Flag pending payments directly to the respective sales representatives and coordinate to ensure client follow-ups are completed.
Maintain, verify, and track daily TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) lists, field expenses, and incoming bills from the team.
Record daily cash inflows/outflows, manage digital receipts, and assist management in calculating monthly attendance variances for payroll processing.
Experience
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Finance
- North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Training
HR Operations & Payroll Management
Basic Accounting / Bookkeeping Certificate
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Only Female
Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Technical Setup: Must own a high-performance laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection with reliable power backup (IPS/UPS/Data pack).
Software Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and a strong comfort level using modern AI tools or remote tracking software.
Core Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and an assertive personality capable of tracking team productivity and payment follow-ups.
