Manager - Cutting (Woven-RMG)

• Lead the entire cutting department operations (Woven Tops & Bottoms of overcoats, Jackets, Suits, Trousers, Shirts etc).

• Ensure accurate fabric consumption, marker planning, and fabric utilization.

• Review and approve cutting plans, lay planning, and marker efficiency.

• Ensure cutting is done as per buyer specifications, size ratio, and pattern.

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, CAD, and store departments.

• Ensure the cutting output meets daily production targets without compromising quality.

• Ensure fabric is cut with minimum wastage and maximum efficiency.

• Handle all pre-production activities related to cutting and ensure on-time sample delivery.

• Maintain strict quality standards in fabric inspection, shrinkage testing, and cutting accuracy.

• Prepare and maintain all cutting-related documentation and reports.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• 12 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Higher Secondary

• Age 35 to 47 years
• Only Male

• Speaking in Chinese language will get preference.
