Assistant Officer, MIS

• Create a time and action calendar for all center production

• Prepare product wise, purpose wise, and delivery date wise daily production reports

• Generate section wise loading report

• Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis

• Prepare job closing report, as and when required

• Prepare category wise staff and workers report

• Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories

• Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-center and its in-charge

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

• At least 1 year

• Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed university (preferably in Computer Science or related field of Management Information System (MIS))

• Age At least 22 years

• Maximum 1  year of relevant experience

• Experience in operating ERP Software

• Good analytical ability, interpersonal skill, and presentation

• Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing

• Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Health and Life Insurance and others as per organization policy
