Tele Sales Executive - USA Process (Night Shift)

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲

Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday is fixed. (Alternative Saturday as well)

Shift Type: Night Shift (USA Campaign)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Make outbound calls to USA-based customers.

• Introduce products and promotional offers.

• Assist customers with product-related inquiries.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement.

• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 27 years

• Strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in an International BPO or Call Center will be an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
• Female candidates are preferred.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
