Tele Sales Executive - USA Process (Night Shift)
Job Description
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday is fixed. (Alternative Saturday as well)
Shift Type: Night Shift (USA Campaign)
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Make outbound calls to USA-based customers.
Introduce products and promotional offers.
Assist customers with product-related inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required.
Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 27 years
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in an International BPO or Call Center will be an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Female candidates are preferred.
