Call Centre Executive
Job Description
Smart Eco Stove is on the lookout for a few dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team! As a vital part of our front-line support, you`ll be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads customers into consumers and make sales, and ensuring every caller has a smooth, informative, and helpful experience. If you`re communicative, driven, and love working with people, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Convert potential customers into loyal consumers.
Provide clear and accurate product/service information.
Resolve inquiries and concerns with patience and care
Log call details and maintain customer database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Morning Shift (08.00 AM to 4.00 PM), Evening Shift (3.00 PM to 11.00 PM )
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- HSC
- HSC (Vocational)
- Alim (Madrasah)
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
