Job Description

The Beauty Mall and Eleni are seeking a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Brand & Content Executive to support our marketing, content, and branding activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating innovative marketing ideas, planning campaigns, coordinating content production, and ensuring smooth execution across our online and offline platforms.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Generate creative marketing and promotional ideas for both brands on a regular basis.

• Research and analyze competitor activities, campaigns, and market trends and recommend improved strategies.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns based on management direction.

• Contribute ideas for showroom visual merchandising, product displays, and customer engagement activities.

• Ensure showroom and online platforms reflect seasonal and national occasions such as Pohela Boishakh, Falgun, Eid, Independence Day, Victory Day, and other relevant events.

• Coordinate decoration, branding materials, displays, and campaign execution during special occasions.

• Provide additional support during peak business periods such as Eid campaigns and major promotional events.

• Assist management in planning and executing special launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Content & Social Media Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage content production for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Ensure all planned content is posted accurately and on time.

• Communicate with relevant team members, photographers, videographers, designers, and presenters to ensure smooth content execution.

• Plan product selections and content flow for Facebook Lives, reels, and promotional shoots.

• Remain present during live sessions, video shoots, and campaign productions to ensure proper execution.

• Assist in directing content according to brand standards and management expectations.

• Capture aesthetic photos and videos when required.

• Create simple social media content independently using mobile devices and basic editing tools.

• Occasionally participate as a presenter in live sessions, videos, or promotional content when necessary.

Customer Engagement

• Occasionally interact with customers to gather insights, understand preferences, and support marketing initiatives.

• Assist in customer-focused campaigns and engagement activities.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Advertising Agency, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Boutique/ Fashion, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, E-commerce
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Film and Media, Marketing
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
    • Bachelor of Arts (Pass) in Film and Media

Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing, Content Creation, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Canva, Meta Blueprint Certification, Google Digital Marketing Certification

Additional Requirements

  • Age 23 to 35 years
  • Only Female

Strong creativity and marketing mindset

Active user of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends

Ability to generate and execute marketing ideas independently

Basic photography and videography skills

Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Comfortable attending and managing live sessions, video shoots and content productions

Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and sales teams

Presentable, tasteful and brand-conscious personality

Must be willing to work during Eid campaigns, special events and peak retail seasons when required

Candidates must submit links to Facebook Pages, Instagram Pages, TikTok accounts or content projects they have managed

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or retail brands will receive preference
