Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EU Work Visa Consultant to assist with end-to-end work permit and visa processing for European countries. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully handling employment-based immigration cases, work permits, visa documentation, employer sponsorship processes, and relocation support across multiple EU countries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation on EU work visa pathways and eligibility requirements.
  • Guide candidates through work permit and visa application processes.
  • Prepare, review, and submit visa documentation.
  • Coordinate with employers, recruitment agencies, and government authorities.
  • Assist with labor market tests, sponsorship requirements, and compliance procedures where applicable.
  • Track application status and provide regular updates.
  • Advise on relocation requirements, residence permits, and post-arrival registration.
  • Ensure compliance with changing immigration laws and regulations across EU member states.
  • Identify the fastest and most suitable visa routes based on candidate profiles.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • North South University,BRAC University,IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 22 years
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in EU work visa processing.
  • Demonstrated success handling work permits and employment visas for countries such as:
    • Germany
    • Netherlands
    • Portugal
    • Poland
    • Czech Republic
    • Lithuania
    • Estonia
    • Ireland
    • Sweden
    • Other EU/Schengen countries
  • Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored visa programs.
  • Experience communicating with embassies, immigration authorities, and employers.
  • Familiarity with Blue Card applications is highly preferred.
