Executive / Senior Executive - HR and Admin
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.
Support workforce planning and ensure timely hiring to meet organizational needs.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases with accuracy and confidentiality assisted by in-house tech innovation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative functions.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, supplies, and workplace maintenance.
Organize internal events, employee activities, meetings, and company engagements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, workplace culture, and organisational efficiency.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across relevant platforms.
Experience
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- University of Dhaka,Bangladesh University of Professionals,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
