Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.

  • Support workforce planning and ensure timely hiring to meet organizational needs.

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases with accuracy and confidentiality assisted by in-house tech innovation.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative functions.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.

  • Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, supplies, and workplace maintenance.

  • Organize internal events, employee activities, meetings, and company engagements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.

  • Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, workplace culture, and organisational efficiency.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition strategies.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across relevant platforms.

Experience

  • At most 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • University of Dhaka,Bangladesh University of Professionals,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
