Job Description

Development of Sustainable Retail Business Portfolio: ·       Understanding  and Analyzing the existing retail customers of the Bank. Strengthening of existing relationships and building bridge between the Bank and customers. Grow exiting retail portfolio by offering, renewing, Cross-selling and deepening existing facilities by ensuring a delightful customer service. Demonstrate pro-active ownership in nurturing existing customers.

Creating New Retail Business Opportunities: ·       Understanding of various retail products, current offers and its beyond to meet the customer queries. Identifying the target market and acquire new business to enrich the retail portfolio which includes Personal Loan, Home Loan, CASA Deposit, Term Deposits, Amex Credit Cards, Debit Cards, including Islamic Banking products, Insurance Products etc. Building of strong customer base across the markets and uphold the bank values in every step. Support & Assist Branch Manager for arranging a business review meeting, executing business plan etc.

Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers: Communicating and offering any product to prospective customers. Maintain quality assets and liabilities through the disciplined portfolio management. Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction. Earn trusted advisor status by integrating retail business ideas, different assets and deposit solutions to help clients navigate and choose the best financial solution. Ensure timely delivery of value added services to potential customers.

Togetherness for Achieving Business Goal: Support & Assist Branch Manager for achieving business targets, arranging business review meeting, executing business plan etc. Support and cooperate Branch Teller Group and Customer Service Group as they are always focused on ensuring delightful customer services within heavy load of works. Support and guide other Branch Relationship Managers. The jobholder forms an integral part of the wider relationship management team. As part of it The jobholder needs to establish & maintain a trustworthy working and interactive business relationship with the support units to service client needs. Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role.
