We operate in a variety of industries across textiles & garments, hotels & resorts, real estate development, power generation, cement manufacturing, shipping & maritime, engineering & construction, interior design & furnishings, and more.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive, IT to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software support, network administration, Microsoft 365, security systems, and IT asset management.
Job Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and related security equipment.
Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Monitor network performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 user accounts, email services, and related applications.
Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, security patches, and compliance with IT security policies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, warranty support, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, network configurations, system settings, and standard operating procedures.
Implement and monitor data backup processes and support disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations as required.
Ensure proper inventory management and tracking of IT equipment and assets.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
