Micro-Credit Manager

Bangaj is a Dhaka-based NGO operating Microcredit in Dhaka as per the rules of MRA.

For improvement of the microcredit programme and organisational activities, we are looking for a skilled, energetic, honest, and efficient Manager cum Accountant.

Key responsibilities of this position are-

• Micro credit program monitoring
• Data entry and management of microcredit and accounting software (online and offline)
• Program Management as per MRA rules and regulation
• Loanee selection, loan distribution, and ensure 100% recovery.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly program and financial reporting
• Branch and staff management, monitoring, and reporting
• Accounting and Banking
• VAT return submission
• Office, HR, and Asset management
• Legal support: Tax, RJSC return Submission
• Supports program implementation and research for DevResonance and assists with other organizational work.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 20 years
