Executive-IT (Software Engineer)

Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP software applications and systems.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define software requirements and technical solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

Monitor application performance and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure modern, forward-looking solutions.

Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.

Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Proficient in reading Chinese and English technical documents, good team spirit, responsibility and communication skills.

Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.

Ability of requirement analysis and system design, strong logical analysis and independently problem solving.
