Assistant Manager (HR & Admin)
Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, preparation of offer and joining letters, background verification, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records.
Manage leave applications and documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, including late arrivals and absenteeism.
Prepare and present HR-related reports.
Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Handle documentation, filing systems, and record management.
Maintain personal files, service records, employee documentation, and statutory registers as required by law.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
