Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled cinematographer with expertise in both shooting and editing photos and videos. You will be responsible for creating captivating visual content, from concept to final edit, using your experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and advanced editing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for various platforms
· Capture professional-level still images that resonate with our brand aesthetic
· Apply expert knowledge of video shooting and lighting to create visually appealing content
· Deliver polished, top-notch video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software
· Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts
· Maintain organized project files and adhere to content production timelines
Requirements
· Proven experience in cinematography and photo-video editing
· Exceptional skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects or Photoshop is a plus
· Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color grading
· Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
· Strong portfolio showcasing your videography and photography work
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Professional Photographers
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 16 years
- Only Male
Equipment Proficiency: Must own or have expert-level proficiency in handling professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizer rigs (gimbals), and studio lighting equipment.
Platform-Specific Editing: Deep understanding of visual formats, safe zones, and pacing tailored for social media platforms (primarily Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Video).
On-Camera Hands Handling: Ability to direct and capture high-detail close-up shots of products being handled or modeled, with meticulous attention to framing out unintended background elements or positioning props naturally without relying on artificial display dummies.
Aesthetic Alignment: A portfolio that demonstrates a strong alignment with a minimal, luxury, or premium fashion lifestyle aesthetic.
Physical Stamina & Mobility: Ability to work on location for extended shoot days, manage equipment setups independently, and travel to various shoot locations around Dhaka as required.
Language Skills: Fluency in Bengali and proficiency in professional English to effectively collaborate with internal creative teams and communicate during production.
