Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Social Media Specialist
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize product listings on Alibaba and Daraz, ensuring accurate product information, attractive descriptions, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign and marketplace performance.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media and marketplace platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and business growth strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth through digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing techniques, and e-commerce marketplace developments.
- Create and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and online sales.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend improvements and new marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, campaign results, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Support the company in achieving overall sales, branding, and business development objectives through effective digital marketing initiatives.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Retail Store, Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Interior Design, E-commerce, Online Retail Startup
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Alibaba, or Daraz marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media content creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other digital marketing tools; experience in e-commerce and online sales platforms will be an added advantage.
