Assistant Manager - Dealer Sales

Trade International Industries Limited, a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Ceiling Fan, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc.

Department: Dealer Sales & Marketing Department
Key Responsibilities:

• To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers’ area wise;

• Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to communicate with the Dealers / Distributors;

• To create new Dealers/Retailers;

• To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;

• Require warm and healthy relationship with dealers/distributors/retailers;

• Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;

• Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;

• Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) in your assigned area;

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Age At most 30 years

• Minimum 03 (Three) years’ job experience in the same or equivalent position in Dealer Channel in Electronics Industry.

• Having own Bike with Valid Driving License;

• Should be honest and hardworking;

• Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;

• Good Command in Bengali & English;

• Hands on exposure in MS Office (Word, XLS and PPT) & Email communication;

• Data interpretation capabilities;
