Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer at BPCL, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Customer Relationship Officer will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure that all operational activities are effectively aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives, goals, and overall mission.

Job Description:

  • Greet patients, guardians, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records using manual or digital systems.
  • Maintain records, reports, documentation, billing communication, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and organizational policies.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.
  • Guide patients on services, consultation procedures, and applicable fees.
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and supportive reception environment.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff for scheduling, updates, and patient flow.
  • Inform relevant staff about patient arrivals, delays, and escalate urgent cases when necessary.
  • Receive and manage incoming calls related to appointments, service inquiries, and emergencies.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Provide accurate information regarding doctors’ schedules, services, and availability.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
