Base Care Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of communities across Bangladesh through early detection, health education, public awareness, and community-based healthcare initiatives.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced National Project Coordinator to provide strategic and operational leadership for our growing portfolio of public health programmes.
About Our Programmes
AMAR SHASTHO (আমার স্বাস্থ্য)
A community-based health screening programme focused on the early identification and prevention of non-communicable diseases and other health conditions.
APAR AJO (আপারাজেয়)
A community-based mental health screening and support programme promoting mental wellbeing, early identification of mental health concerns, and improved access to professional support.
Key Responsibilities
The National Project Coordinator will:
Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Foundation programmes nationwide.
Coordinate community health screening activities and multidisciplinary medical outreach camps.
Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, NGOs, academic organizations, and community leaders.
Supervise programme staff, healthcare professionals, and volunteers.
Oversee programme data management, reporting, compliance, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with technology and software development teams to support digital health initiatives.
Lead public awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and media communications.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the Board of Trustees.
Support organizational growth, programme expansion, and strategic development.
Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Medicine, Psychology, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, public health, healthcare administration, NGO management, or community development.
Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and spoken Bangla and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Desirable
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in non-communicable disease prevention, cancer screening, mental health programmes, research, publications, or digital health platforms.
Travel Requirement
This position requires frequent travel throughout Bangladesh to supervise programmes, engage stakeholders, and support community outreach activities.

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
