Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct visits.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, plots, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain customer records and update lead information in the company database.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare basic sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup, Property Management & Preservation Services
