Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct visits.
  • Provide accurate information regarding projects, plots, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
  • Maintain customer records and update lead information in the company database.
  • Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience
