About the role
The Young Professional (Climate Resilience) will support the integration of climate resilience in WASH programmes by assisting in technical design reviews, field monitoring, and policy rollouts. The role includes preparing field visit reports, supporting partner capacity building, construction quality monitoring, QPS compliance, and providing cross-team technical inputs. This position offers a valuable opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in climate resilience and development programming.

Education
Fresh Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a relevant subject or faculty with good academic results throughout the academic career.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction, estimation, report writing, and copy-editing.
Good understanding of construction material quality, health and safety protocols, construction quality control, and implementation modalities.
Strong technical understanding of various WASH technologies and their applications.
Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Willingness to undertake extensive field visits.
Maximum age of 26 years as of 1 January 2026.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary: Monthly Allowance BDT 30,000, Cell phone allowance, Festival allowance BDT 30,000 for completed tenure and Health Insurance for self.
