- Oversee daily outlet operations and guest experience.
- Manage floor staff, technicians, security, and cleaning staff.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor service quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Review daily sales and cash closing reports.
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues. Submit regular reports to senior management.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Amusement Park
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
