Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all the clients, guests, and visitors in the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operations.
- Attend phone calls and forward calls to the respective person.
- Receive mail & couriers and dispatch to the respective person.
- Ensure the reception area is properly maintained to represent the company with a view of good image.
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.
- Maintained attendance and leave records, and prepared and updated personal files for all employees.
- Look after the safety & security issues of the company.
- Support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, CV screening, job offer), exit interview.
- Maintain official documents, and ensured every employee’s information file.
- Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
Experience
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments Accessories
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- HSC

- Candidates should have excellent communication in both English & Bengali, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Must be a hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office breaks.
- Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team Computer knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite with a positive personality & quick learner.
