Executive (Store)

Job Context: Aurum Sweater Limited, a concern of New Asia Group, is a leading 100% export-oriented sweater manufacturing company in Bangladesh, committed to quality, compliance, and on-time delivery for globally renowned customers.

The Store Officer will be responsible for managing efficient store and inventory operations at the factory including receiving, storage, stock control, issuance, and record maintenance of raw materials, trims, accessories, spare parts, packaging materials, machinery items, electrical equipment, and project/construction materials. The role will support uninterrupted production and factory development activities through effective inventory coordination with Production, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, trims, accessories, spare parts, packaging materials, and other store items as per approved documents.
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory control through ERP/software and manual registers where applicable.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure materials are organized according to FIFO / FEFO principles where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate documentation of Goods Receipt Notes, Gate Passes, and stock transfer records.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Commercial, and Accounts departments regarding inventory requirements and reconciliation.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 22 to 32 years

• Must be conversant in MS Word & Excel.
