Job Description
Databrandix is looking for proactive and communication-skilled individuals for the position of Telecommunication Officer. The role involves handling prospective student inquiries, providing admission-related information, and supporting the enrollment process through effective communication and CRM management.
The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, professional in communication, and capable of managing multiple communication channels while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for potential students.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective students via phone calls, email, live chat, and social media platforms
Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding university programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, and application procedures
Conduct outbound calls to CRM-assigned leads to verify student profiles, assess interest levels, and guide them through the admission process
Maintain professional communication standards by introducing name, designation, and organization at the beginning of each call
Apply effective communication techniques (e.g., 70/30 engagement rule) to understand student needs and build strong relationships
Accurately input, update, and manage student data in the CRM system after each interaction
Record and maintain key lead information, including academic background (SSC/HSC/Diploma), preferred programs, call status, call summaries, follow-up schedules, and potential visit dates
Ensure all communication logs, call records, and identification details are properly documented and maintained
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to maximize conversion and ensure a smooth admission journey
Generate inbound leads by actively posting in assigned Facebook groups and engaging with higher education-related content
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align communication strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead engagement, follow-ups, and conversions
Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and comply with company data management policies
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Advertising Agency, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Female
Proficiency in CRM software, data entry, and lead management systems.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills to convert leads into admissions.
Good understanding of admission processes, academic programs, and student requirements.
Active listening skills and ability to apply effective communication techniques (e.g., 70/30 rule).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, email communication).
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and CRM updates.
