Job Description
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for assigned territory.
Develop sales plans and execute strategies to increase feed sales.
Monitor sales growth, market share, and customer development.
Dealer & Customer Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed dealers, farmers, poultry & livestock farms.
Appoint new dealers and expand distribution networks.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and proper product availability.
Market Development
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and provide market reports.
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Officers/Representatives.
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
Provide field coaching and product knowledge training.
Feed Product Promotion
Promote company feed products (Poultry, Fish, Dairy, Cattle Feed, etc.).
Arrange farmer meetings, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
Increase product acceptance and brand visibility.
Sales Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales collection, outstanding payments, and credit management.
Submit market intelligence reports to management.
Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely payment collection from dealers/customers.
Monitor credit limits and reduce overdue accounts.
Coordinate with accounts and management for recovery plans.
Customer Support
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Coordinate technical support for farmers when required.
Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Business Planning
Prepare territory sales forecasts and action plans.
Identify potential areas for expansion.
Support company objectives and sales strategies
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing
- Master of Arts (MA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
Strong knowledge of feed industry and livestock/poultry market.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Market analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in field-based sales environment.MS Office reporting skills.
