Executive - Accounts & Finance (VAT & Tax)

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns in compliance with NBR rules and regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation of VAT challans, purchase and sales registers, and input-output calculations.

• Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of VAT and Tax at source (VDS/TDS).

• Reconcile VAT and tax ledgers with accounting records on a monthly basis.

• Assist in preparing and filing annual corporate income tax returns.

• Maintain up-to-date BIN, TIN, and related certificates, and ensure compliance across all units.

• Coordinate with factory accounts, commercial, and finance teams on VAT and Tax matters related to raw materials, subcontracts, imports, exports, and local sales.

• Manage vendor and employee tax compliance, including preparation of TDS and VDS schedules.

• Handle queries, audits, and inspections from VAT and Tax authorities professionally and efficiently.

• Stay updated on changes in VAT and Tax laws applicable to the RMG sector and advise management accordingly.

• Support both internal and external auditors with necessary VAT and Tax documentation.

• Prepare periodic reports on VAT and Tax positions for management review and decision-making.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all financial and compliance records.

• At most 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

CACC Preferred.
