We are hiring enthusiastic, responsible, and career-oriented Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) to join our growing team at Tutor Provide.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Weekly 6-day Office.

Available Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Office Location:

• Mirpur 11, Besides Metro Station, Dhaka-1216

• At least 1 year

• Higher Secondary

• Minimum has completed HSC or equivalent.

• Graduated candidate will get preference.

• Age 18 to 30 years

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any call centre.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proficient in basic computer usage (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email, etc.).

• Clear pronunciation and confidence in conversations with clear Voice.

• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

• Previous experience in Customer Service/Call Center will be considered an advantage.
