Senior Counsellor - Hospital Tourism
Job Description
Provide initial consultation to patients, understand their medical history, and treatment requirements.
Match patients with the right destinations, hospitals, and doctors (Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, China).
Arrange complete treatment packages including visa, flight, hotel accommodation, and transportation.
Brief patients thoroughly on pre- and post-treatment care, risks, and benefits.
Coordinate secure transfer of medical records (MRI, reports, etc.) and ensure proper follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international hospitals and doctors.
Negotiate the best possible treatment packages for patients.
Arrange local support services (translators, companions, airport transfers, etc.)
Manage end-to-end case handling and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Overseas Companies, Tour Operator, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 34 years
2-5 years of experience in Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Travel Agency, or Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel if required.
Knowledge of medical tourism destinations and procedures will be a plus.
