Job Description
Create and manage Bill of Lading (B/L) documents accurately and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to determine pricing services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Issue delivery orders (DO) to carriers and shipping lines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Collect and analyze quotations from carriers, vendors, and service providers to support pricing and operational decisions.
Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
Maintain proper correspondents with Customs, shipping line, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.
Build and maintain strong networks within the industry, including carriers, vendors, customs officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
Experience
- 4 to 5 years
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
Proven experience in operations, with a focus on creating Bill of Lading, pricing, and issuing delivery orders.
Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the transportation and logistics industry.
Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping practices (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications·
Proficiency in English (both written & spoken).
