Role Overview

The Dormitory Management Offcier will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dormitory, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with foreign residents and visitors. The ideal candidate should have experience in dormitory, accommodation, hospitality, or hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall operation and administration of the dormitory.

  • Ensure proper allocation of rooms and maintain accurate occupancy records.

  • Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance with dormitory rules and regulations.

  • Address residents’ concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Communicate effectively with foreign residents and visitors regarding accommodation-related matters.

  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support services to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.

  • Conduct regular inspections of dormitory facilities and report maintenance requirements.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of necessary dormitory supplies and equipment.

  • Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, incidents, maintenance issues, and operational activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.

  • Handle emergency situations and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

  • Ability to respond promptly to expatriates.
