Job Description
- Conduct audits of financial transactions, accounting records, check and verify bills, vouchers etc.
- Review of requisitions and work orders, stock balance verification, rate analysis and comparison, consumption review, material receiving report (MRR) verification, Identification of excess booking, verification of comparative supplier quotations, physical market price survey (where applicable).
- Verification of cash and bank vouchers with supporting documents.
- Sales bill audit (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Embroidery, AOP).
- Production process audit (Order & style wise yarn booking to knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing and shipment) and root cause analysis of abnormal process loss.
- Perform monthly/periodical audit on raw materials, finished goods & general store items.
- Audit on order closing, root cause analysis (short shipment, FRI fail, buyer claim etc.)
- Order-wise post-costing review compared with pre-costing (sample basis).
- Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealing and record and report timely.
- Surprise field visits on sister concern factories to conduct physical cash verification.
- Pre-audit of salary, wages, overtime, TDS, earned leave encashment, service benefit, final settlement & maternity benefit etc.
- Clearing & Forwarding(C&F) bill audit with proper justifications.
- Commercial related documents (LC, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Exchange, UD, UP & insurance bill audit with proper justifications.
- Loan liability repayment or settlement account audit L/C, export realization and import related bill voucher audit.
- Prepare details audit report, highlighting key findings, recommendations and action plans.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master’s/MBA major in Accounting & Finance from any public/reputed private Universities with good academic record.
Candidates having CA (CC) from a reputed firm and certificate label completed will get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the respective field in any export-oriented Textile/Garments Industry. Should have good communication skills.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Composite Textile & Garments Factories.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, accounting principles, and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with garments manufacturing operations and cost accounting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge on local tax regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
• ERP, Microsoft Excel, Tally.
• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
